How I edit my Instagram photos

hello everyoneeee! i'm finally back after 3 months ?? WOW.. ok.. that was pretty long but anyways i'm glad to be back blogging again!!! ( Yay..)
-
Firstly , i'm so sorry I haven't been blogging due to exams as i'm having my streaming year so...
Secondly , I'm going to Hong Kong in 3 days !!! so stay tuned for the next blog post once i'm back from Hong kong , i'll start blogging and recommending places to go etc..
Last but not least , I hope all of you would enjoy this highly requested blogpost on how I edit my Instagram photos so here it goes. x

The app that I use most of the time to edit my Insta photos is VSCOcam , you can download it from the app store if you haven't because it is so good. It helps you to arrange how you want your Insta feed to look like because it holds up to three photos per row which is the same layout as Insta's & it helps to add dimension , exposure and add specific filters! See , that's why i said it's good .
-
If it seems like a lot of step and a ton for a single photo , that's because it is. And i have to admit that i'm an Insta-addict & a VSCO-addict and whoever created both Insta and VSCO i bow down to u .
With that said , i want to keep my feed looking good ( yes you can call me a self conscious insta user ) You and i don't want to post icky , poorly taken photos thats why you're here reading up ( i hope ). I like my photos to be clean , cohesive and to represent not just me but also FashionLush. That's when editing comes in when having a badass Insta account.
-
ok enough of the long intro..
step 1 : open the app ( obv else how are you gonna edit your photos lol )
step 2 : press the '+' sign button and choose the photo(s) you want to edit then press the tick button .

I use K2 ( have to purchase) , G1 , Q5 ( have to purchase )  also but most of the time i'll just use HB2 and S2 so i'm just gonna share with y'all the 2 most used filters today .

1st most used filter ( HB2 ) :
i'll adjust the filter tone to be lighter by pressing the filter then move from +12 to +10. After which , press the tick button then swipe the bottom arrow up .
-
when you swipe the bottom arrow up , this whole chunk of settings will then pop up , press the tool sign then it will bring you to this new page where you can adjust the exposure , temp and blah blah blah ...
from here you can follow the steps on how i edit my insta photos if you want to achieve the same filter as me . ( i've showed you guys how the tool look like so just swipe the chunk of settings left and right & you'll find it )
-
p.s. this filter MIGHT not work on every single photos so you just got to play around with the exposure and stuff.

if you want your photo to be cooler , adjust the temp to a negative number & if you want it to be warmer , adjust the temp to a positive number .

2nd most used filter ( S2  ) :
for this i don't adjust the filter tone to make it a lighter so i'll just let it be .
And again , just follow the steps on how i edit my photo using this filter to achieve the same filter that i use .

That's all for today folks , i hope i did helped in your VSCO or editing knowledge . Now , go have fun editing and playing around with the filters in VSCO cam !! Have fun and have blessed week ahead x

see you soon earthlings
